NIA certification

Following the recent success of the Audit Accreditation Pilot and the progress of the Compliance and Data Protection Department’s Certification Scheme Pilot, the department proudly opens the National Information Assurance (NIA) Certification Scheme to all interested parties.

Applications for NIA Compliance Certification will now be accepted from all sectors, opening the compliance certification scheme to all interested parties.

Organizations pursuing certification will be able to engage with our Accredited Service Providers (following approval of the audit scope); this currently includes Deloitte and Ahmed Tawfik & Co Certified Public Accountants.

With the concurrent opening of our Accreditation Scheme for Audit Services, Organizations will see an increasing number of Service Providers available to assist with audits relating to the National Information Security Compliance Framework (NISCF) certification schemes.
