NISCF Audit Standard Publication

The Compliance and Data Protection (CDP) department is proud to announce the introduction of the first version of National Information Security Compliance Framework – Audit standard [CDP-NISCF-AS-V1.0].

This standard intends to provide generic and scheme specific (NIA, SSQA) requirements to accredited audit Service Providers that will conduct certification audits under the National Information Security Compliance Framework (NISCF). In addition it includes, guidelines for how to fulfill the stated requirements.

This standard governs the certification audit and enables an objective and independent certification decision by the CDP.

The CDP evaluates compliance to the audit standard for accreditation and accreditation maintenance to maintain high-quality audit services in relation to the NISCF audit schemes within the State of Qatar.
