NIA Certified Auditor Workshop

Upcoming NIA Auditor Workshops to be announced (TBA) soon.

In the continuous effort to enhance compliance capabilities and readiness through the National Information Security Compliance Framework (NISCF), Compliance and Data Protection (CDP) department organizes closed workshop for individual auditors seeking to start the journey to become National Information Assurance (NIA) Certified Auditor.

The workshops target experienced auditors in information technology and information security from different audit Service Providers in the state of Qatar. Participants to the workshop would help their organization to obtain, maintain the NIA Audit Accreditation and perform the NIA Certification Audit.

The workshops cover insight on:

• The National Information Security Compliance Framework (NISCF);
• NIA Policy and NIA Certification;
• The NISCF Audit standard requirements and approach; and
• Planning, conducting and reporting on NIA Certification Audit.

The National Information Security Compliance Framework is one of the most important programs to enable institutions to ensure compliance with national standards for building a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS), and it also leverage opportunities for information security auditing service through the Audit Accreditation programs.
