National Information Assurance (NIA) Certified Auditor training & exam organized

As part of its continuous efforts to improve Information Security supply chain capabilities for Audit Service Providers and organizations seeking the National Information Assurance (NIA) Certification understanding of the Certification requirements, National Cyber Governance and Assurance Affairs of the National Cyber Security Agency organized a three-days training session from October 30, 2022, until November 1, 2022, followed by a written exam on November 2, 2022, for NIA Certified Auditor.

The audience was composed of experienced auditors in information systems and information security from international audit firms operating in the State of Qatar and Internal Auditors and Cyber Security Experts from organizations seeking NIA Certification.

Following the training, the participants wrote an exam that included theoretical and practical questions that tested their knowledge of NIA requirements and their experience in cyber security auditing.
