British Standards Institution (BSI) Middle East awarded National Information Assurance (NIA) Audit Accreditation
National Cybersecurity Agency (NCSA) accredited the British Standards Institution (BSI) Middle East for the National Information Assurance (NIA) Audit scheme.
BSI Middle East is the third Audit Service Provider to obtain this accreditation.
BSI was the world’s first National Standards Body and a founding member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). BSI helps clients to improve their performance, grow sustainably, manage risk and ultimately become more resilient.
NIA Audit Accreditation is an Accreditation of Audit Service Providers under the National Information Security Compliance Framework (NISCF) that is a mandatory to perform NIA Certification audits of organisations in the State of Qatar, in order to obtain NIA Certificate of Compliance from NCSA.
The NIA Certification Program provides a mechanism for organizations to evidence compliance to the State of Qatar’s NIA Policy and NIA Manual requirements.
NISCF’s Accreditation are valid for a period of 3 years subject to successful maintenance.
